Most of my clients that I coach come to me after years and year of dieting and undereating, leading to metabolic adaptations that make weight loss significantly more difficult. I will personally guide you through the process of properly fueling your metabolism so that you’re body is primed and READY to let go of the fat you’ve tried so hard to get rid of.
Nutrition Powered by your Archetype
We will use your Archetype to determine your brain chemistry and I will help you to eat right for your individualized brain chemistry so that you can feel less stressed, feel more like yourself, have more energy, enjoy the process, and be much more likely to stay consistent and maintain your results long term.
Nutrition Integrated with your Lifestyle
We will take into consideration the things that you enjoy – including drinking alcohol, eating out at restaurants, and social events. Eliminating these from your plan will leave you unsuccessful long term, therefore, we will implement these into your plan to ensure that you are enjoying the process, not feeling restricted, and are more likely to stay on track towards your goals.
Sustainability
I will work with you directly to accomplish your goals but, more importantly, to ensure you are understanding the process and that you have the tools to be successful and maintain your results for the rest of your life.
