Chicken Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Introduction

The perfect casserole to put together breakfast for the week if you're always on the go, rushing out the door in the morning. Have this prepared so that you don't have to worry about grabbing food on the go when you don't have time to make breakfast! Plus, it's delicious!

How to Make

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 

  • Cut the chicken sausages up into small pieces 

  • Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray 

  • Spread the hashbrowns in the bottom of the baking dish 

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, egg whites, milk, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add in the spinach and stir. 

  • Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns. 

  • Add the chicken sausage on top and sprinkle on the Mexican Cheese. 

  • Cover the baking dish with Aluminum Foil. Bake for 1 hour. 

  • Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 15 more minutes, or until the egg mixture is cooked through.

  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray 

  • 1 bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns (1lb 10oz) 

  • 4 Simple Truth Apple Maple Chicken Breakfast Sausage Links 

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion 

  • 7 Eggs 

  • 3/4 Cup Liquid Egg Whites 

  • 1.5 Cups Chopped Spinach 

  • 1/4 Cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk 

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder 

  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder 

  • 2/3 Cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
