Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Introduction
This is the PERFECT Fall time comfort food!! It's so delicious you won't believe it will keep you on track with your goals! This recipe is simple and brings in some awesome fall flavors with the warmth of chili for some fall/winter comfort!
How to Make
Heat Olive Oil over medium heat in a Dutch Oven.
Add in the minced garlic and chopped onion, heating for about 5 minutes.
Add in the Chili Powder, Paprika, Oregano, Cumin, and Salt and stir well
Add in the ground turkey and cook for about 10 minutes, until browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the diced tomatoes and stir well.
Allow to simmer for one hour, until slightly thickened.
Add in the beans and butternut squash and stir well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes more, stirring every 5 minutes.
Add in the pumpkin puree and stir.
