  • Moderately active: you work out 3-5 days/week - about 1.5 hours of walking for exercise or 50 min. of vigorous exercise per day

  • Very active: you work out 6-7 days/week - about 4 hours of walking for exercise (or a very physically active job) or 2 hours of vigorous exercise per day
